The Fluidigm IFC Controller-AX measures samples, reagents, and control valves from the Access Array chips. Pneumatic pressure within the instrument can meter fluids and control valves in the integrated fluidic circuit. This desktop instrument can be paired with a thermalcycler for PCR applications. The LCD interface serves as a data collection system, with barcode tracking, and control center with individual user log-ins for research settings.

The IFC controller is in excellent cosmetic condition without any prominent signs of age or use. New Life Scientific technicians have evaluated the instrument for functionality and determined that it is a working controller. The instrument powers on, the log-in information is available, the tray opens and closes without mechanical errors, and it was connected to the NLS network. Unfortunately, NLS does not have the array chips to fully-test and conclude that the IFC controller is operating within manufacturer's specifications.
