Premium Off-Lease Equipment - In Pristine Condition - Guaranteed Excellent Working Condition

This SimulTOF mass spectrometer and PC workstation comprise the premium off-lease system that was removed from a working environment. Virgin Instruments/SimulTof Systems evaluated the instrument December 2016 for the lessee and confirmed that the overall condition is "[N]ew Condition. No obvious signs of neglect misuse or damage." New Life Scientific technicians noted that this instrument passed visual inspection for any signs of mechanical hindrance or damage; the MS is incredibly clean and has no obvious signs of wear or age on the body. The technicians reviewed the enclosure and noted that all cabling appears to be intact, connected, and in good physical condition. NLS does not specialize in mass spectrometers and lacks the experience to perform testing that would have quantified and qualitative results for the purposes of functional analysis; however, this product was directly removed from a its working environment where it was well-maintained per the lease agreement so it is expected and guaranteed to be in working condition. This product includes the original workstation, software, and was received in excellent condition without any indication of misuse in its previous laboratory.

The computer was powered on and the software loads without error. The end-user is responsible for adhering to any licensing policies set-forth by the software. The vacuum pump was powered and works as intended; the canceled noise-level achieved with the enclosure was not tested or noted.
