Tektronix VIP 2000

This Miles Scientific VIP 2000 tissue processor is in great cosmetic condition, with only minor wear from normal use. New Life Scientific technicians tested this processor, running it through all cycles and ensuring that the pumps are functioning well. They then ran alcohol through the system to dry the lines. The V.I.P. is a unitized, self-contained instrument, requiring only an electrical power connection. It prepares 100, 200, or 300 tissue specimens for embedding, sectioning, and staining. it is equipped with automatic controls, programmable by the operator, and liquid reservoirs for processing reagents to fix, dehydrate, clear, and paraffin-impregnate the tissue specimens.

Our products have likely been decommissioned and decontaminated by the original owner. However, in order to maintain a high standard of safety, all of our products are professionally decontaminated with a water/bleach mixture, as well as other cleaning agents.
