You want your ad to be found in search results, and you want the BEST RESULTS. So, include a description, and if possible, an image.

The title has impact

Make sure that the title of your ad is clear, informative, and includes the condition of the instrument. Is it new, used, reconditioned, calibrated, 5 years old, or good for spare parts only?

Define a category

If you have defined a category field on your product pages, don't forget to match your equipment with the appropriate categories you use. If you have not defined a category field, please do so - you'll be assisting our Robot!

Visuals are SO important

Provide a GOOD image of your equipment. If you’ve purchased a Featured or Special Offer ad, you can showcase up to 5 images of your product.

Specs, options, configuration

In your description, include 3 to 5 key specs, depending on the complexity of the instrument. Don't forget to describe options, upgrades, and the specific configuration of the unit.

Manual

If there's still a user manual for the instrument, let our buyers know. A user or technical manual is an added attraction for a buyer and can make the difference between your product and another seller's.

Price

Include a price tag. The price of your product for sale is usually at the top of a potential buyer's list of considerations. If a buyer sees “Ask for Price,” they may move on to the next ad.

In Stock

Consider using Used-Line's In Stock icon. Researching a product and finding out that an item is not in stock is a source of disappointment for a potential buyer. Many buyers only see listings that are in stock.
