Description : Precision Diamond Dicing Saw Linear X/Y/Theta Thin Ker

This precision saw is used and is offered with a 14-day warranty against DOA. It is in good physical and cosmetic condition.

Power requirement: 208V 3 phase and shop air

RPM: 3450

Saw: Lunzer, Inc. model 2K0018, thin kerf

Saw motion: About 17" in X and about 5.5" in Z. There is movement in theta but this requires tools. There is no movement in Y.

Description: This saw has no maker's mark. It is built on a sturdy aluminum frame with about a 1.5" plastic top. The saw itself and fluids are held by a labrinth of plastic partitions and compartments. A Bimba pneumatic cylinder controls the z position of the saw. There is also an electronic cabinet full of relays and a programmable computer.
