Excellent/Very Good used condition! In stock! This site features a beautiful Hybond DFS-II unit. The DFS-II reads dynamic force data during a bonding cycle. Data is processed and displayed on the front panel CRT. This allows immediate assessment of the actual magnitude, time and shape of a bonder's force parameters. The DFS-II has eleven force display ranges extending from 0-8000 grams, and 27 time scales ranging from 1 µsec to 500 sec. This unit was acquired from a major company's research lab during a recent downsizing. It was operational and currently passes all start-up tests. Most functions/menu options were also tested successfully. There are a few minor scratches/scuff marks (please refer to pictures.)
