Description : Gamma Counters The Genesis 5000 Series Gamma Counters are the most sophisticated gamma counters in the world. Available in 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 wells, you will find a model that works for your medium to high volume laboratory. Components of the Genesis 5000 series fit neatly into a single compact unit at 28" (71 cm)W, 20" (50 cm) D, 15" (38 cm)H it occupies less than 30" of bench space. Features of the Genesis 5000 series include: ╖Contains two biderectional serial ports, both of which support RS232C, ╖Comes with a parallel printer, ╖Ten different isotopes may be programmed into the system with this flexibility, Schilling and Blood Volume are easily run, ╖Crossover Elimination Software, ╖Selectable Window Settings, ╖Automatic Spilldown Correction, ╖A unique crystal design enables the Genesis to count high energy isotopes without the need for extremely large diameter detectors. Having many wells counting simultaneously, along with the high effiency design of the crystals greatly increases the throughput, ╖Soft ware is incorporated that contains complete programs for monitoring and documentation of all instrument parameters. The routines include: Background Check, Detector Efficiency Check, Chi-Square interpretation, Normalization of detectors and Service Diagnostics to insure the accuracy of any multi-well gamma counter, background radiation levels and detector efficiencies must be monitored often and documented to satisfy regulatory agencies. The Genesis provides simple routines for thes requiremients under the Daily Counter Checks Library. The results are automatically calculated, along with a summary printout, if desired, ╖Through Service Diognostics, the Genesis can perform multiple system self-checks.
