How the 5-Year Warranty Works:
Should this unit fail at any time during the 5 Year Warranty, we will send you an advanced replacement unit overnight and have you ship us back the defective unit. We will try and fix it at our Minneapolis facility or we may send it off for repair. When the unit comes back from repair we will ship it back to you and we pay the shipping charges across the board. This eliminates down time for you.
