Has been tested to power up menu display but i think it needs special consumable test phials of which i have none. The Biotrace Uni-Lite XCEL-V3.0 luminometer is used with tests to detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is present in all animal, vegetable, bacteria, yeast and mould cells. The presence of ATP indicates contamination by any one of these sources. When ATP comes in contact with the combined luciferin/luciferase reagent contained in one of the tests, a reaction takes place which emits light in direct proportion to the amount of ATP present.
