Part of the Fisher PROTOCOL MicroProbe Staining System, this MicroProbe incubator uses advanced microprocessor technology to provide tight control of temperature between 30 and 110C (+/-0.5C) [86 and 230F (+/-0.5F)]. The anodized aluminum incubation chamber is designed so that the top of the slide holder completely covers the opening, maintaining the desired temperature and humidity. A cork-lined lid is also provided to reduce the preheating times. A removable tray beneath the chamber catches any drips from the slides. Incubator control panel allows the user to program three temperature settings into memory for later access Display panel shows the operating mode, actual temperature and any error messages. The calibration block, which holds a calibrated thermometer, is also provided to recalibrate the incubator if needed.
