PLTS supports both the Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) and 4-port Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) measurement platforms, providing instrument control including guided setup and calibration, error correction, acquisition, data transfer, and advanced data analysis tools. Many of the new high data rate serial bus standards require characterization of the input differential insertion loss, return loss, impedance, and near-end and far-end crosstalk. PLTS provides direct measurement of these parameters, as well as mode conversion analysis, which is used to understand EMI. Features Powerful analysis tools include time-domain reflectometry (TDR), time-domain transmission (TDT), frequency-domain, and eye diagrams Complete characterization of single-ended, differential, common-mode, and mode-conversion of your device Advanced calibration techniques remove the errors from the measurement equipment and cables and set the reference plane at the device under test Windows┬«-based user interface is familiar, intuitive, and easy to use.
