Features 68 channels 4 GHz (250 ps) timing zoom with 64K memory depth 500 MHz / 1 GHz (full / half-channel) conventional timing with deep memory 500 MHz transitional timing Selectable memory depths of 256K, 1M, 4M, 16M, or 32M. Supports clock rates up to 250 MHz or 450 MHz Supports data rates up to 250 Mb/s or 500 Mb/s Comprehensive single-ended threshold support (-5V to 5V in 10 mV increments) Eyefinder automatically adjusts setup and hold for accurate measurements on high-speed buses Same warranty, support and return policy as a new unit
