Description : MicroMetric R-2757: Microline 300 MicroLine 300 measures linewidths from 0.5-40um using 100x objective with repeatability 4nm @1 sigma on wafers or 2nm @ 1 sigma on photomasks. PC and Windows software provide autoillumination control, autofocus, and image analysis. Olympus MX-50A-F microscope with 10x, 50x, 100x UMP Plan FL brightfield objectives, 6x6 positioning stage with rotating wafer holder for 4/6/8" wafers, tilting trinocular viewing head, reflected light illumination with 12v/100w lamphouse, and motorized nosepiece rotation. Includes Roger Sherman Inc. precision calibration standard type LWSI-R sn.3553.
