Overview

The Shimadzu PPSQ 33A features a triple reactor system and performs Edman degradation to separate PTH-amino acids. Shimadzu touts that the isocratic process provides stability and better graph manipulation with subtraction chromatograms for peaks and identification (time v. mV).



Description

The PPSQ-33A was notably clean externally and internally. The plexiglass cover was damaged upon arrival and a replacement was fabricated by NLS staff.
