Aeroflex

The Aeroflex ( IFR ) 6813 (10MHz to 20GHz) and 6815  (6815R - 10MHz to 40GHz) microwave generators have been developed from the successful 6820 series of microwave scalar analyzers but the performance specifications of the source have been re-qualified for phase noise both closer in and further out.

This measurement system, based around the IFR 6800 series RF & Microwave Scalar and System Analyzers and the 6813 microwave generator, is designed to provide selective measurements of mixers and frequency converters during alignment and testing.
