Leica SM2000 R

The Leica SM2000-R sliding microtome and Physitemp freezing stage are in excellent cosmetic condition and technician tested. There may be minor imperfections on the body of the instrument, but they do not hinder the mechanical functionality of the instrument. New Life Scientific technicians have tested the sliding microtome and ordered a replacement blade which will be included with the purchase. The cooling system includes the Physitemp 30MP controller and pump-tank unit. The controller and stage were tested to manufacturer's cooling specifications and passed. The stage tubing and heat displacement medium is DI water; within minutes the stage is frozen and ready for the specimen. NLS technicians tested the cooling capacity on multiple occasions and cleaned the lines between the stage and pump, before storing the instrument. This SM200 R is designed for use in a research environment and is easy and smooth to operate.
