Manufacturer's (MFR) List Price
The MFR List Price represents the official Price of NEW equipment as listed by the test equipment manufacturer. The MFR List Price does not refer to a refurbished or demo item, which manufacturers normally offer at a lower price.
The MFR List Price is obtained from the manufacturer's official website on the date specified in the above table.
In most cases, the MFR List Price refers to the base model without various special add-on modules, options, or upgrades.
From time to time, due to various promotions and special offers, the actual sale price of specified test equipment may differ from the MFR List Price.
Distributor Street Price
The Distributor Street Price represents the market price of New equipment distributed by various test equipment stores. The Street Price does not refer to a refurbished or demo item, which distributors normally offer at a lower price.
The Street Price is obtained from the distributor's official website on the date specified in the above table.
The Street Price is normally equal to or less then the MFR List Price.

ULV - Used-Line.com Value
The ULV of a specific model is calculated by a special
formula
that uses historical pricing data for USED and REFURBISHED equipment as it appeared on
Used-Line.com
during past years. It looks at the asking prices of all the sellers of this model.
The ULV is NOT the List Price, nor is it the Street Price. It is NOT a recommended price. Its sole purpose is to provide a "feel" for the price range of this model, in its USED or REFURBISHED state, if you tried to price it in today's market. Do not expect that any seller or dealer will sell you this equipment for exactly the stated ULV.
Since the ULV is calculated from the asking price of used equipment, the resulting value often refers to equipment prices that include special add-on modules, options, or upgrades. This means that the ULV may actually be higher than the List or Street prices, which generally refer to the base model without any special add-on modules, options, or upgrades.
