Ichor Systems Ltd releases its first B2B (build to base) 4520i Dielectric Etch system ready for inspection at its Scottish facility.

Refurbishing equipment to OEM standards takes time, typically 12-14 weeks for the finished product. The volatile nature of the semiconductor market means customers demand the ability to react quickly, & consequently a reduction in lead times.

Ichor is leading the way in the marketplace with its B2B program.

We are pleased to announce that we have our first tool available on this program, which is a fully refurbished and tested Lam 4520i isotropic etch system.

This system is available to view, running wafers at our facility, and if required can be reconfigured to meet your specific requirements.
