N9010A Agilent Signal Analyzer

The N9010A EXA signal analyzer is a member of the X-Series spectrum analyzers, which is an evolutionary approach to signal analysis that spans instrumentation, measurements and software. It gives you the flexibility to satisfy your business and technical requirements across multiple products and programs ?now and in the future.
The EXA general purpose signal analyzer provides speed, performance, and flexibility to meet diverse needs, enhance products, improve test throughput, and face the most demanding millimeter-wave applications with a single tool. Quickly perform power measurements at discrete frequency points with list-sweep mode, reduce overall test time with 30-ms mode switching, and move more data or results in less time with the 1000Base-T LAN connection. For even greater functionality, you can upgrade the EXA with a higher-performance processor or a variety of software and measurement applications.
  • 10 Hz to 3.6, 7, 13.6, 26.5, 32 or 44 GHz; internal preamplifier options up to 44 GHz
  • 25 MHz (standard) analysis bandwidth; optional 40 MHz analysis bandwidth
  • Fast sweep capability ships standard with new instruments (requires Option B40 or DP2 or MPB)
  • Extend frequency to 110 GHz with Agilent's smart harmonic mixers and up to THz with other vendors' mixers (only available on EXAs equipped with Option 532 or 544 and EXM) Performance
  • ±0.27 dB absolute amplitude accuracy
  • -105 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset; +19 dBm third order intercept (TOI)
  • ≤-163 dBm at 1 GHz, -153 dBm at 44 GHz displayed average noise level (DANL) with preamplifier -

The economy-class EXA is the fastest way to maximize throughput on the production line. From measurement speed to code compatibility, it makes every millisecond count and helps you reduce your overall cost of test. The Agilent EXA is the fastest economy-class signal analyzer in the industry. Its speed and accuracy, coupled with its unprecedented performance and application coverage, provide development and manufacturing engineers with the capabilities to cost-effectively troubleshoot new designs, increase manufacturing throughput, or analyze complex and time-varying signals.

The Agilent EXA signal analyzer provides flexible, scalable signal analysis to budget-conscious engineers who do not want to sacrifice speed, accuracy, application coverage or modern connectivity. At a lower performance point than the Agilent MXA signal analyzer, EXA seamlessly integrates the same broad range of standards-based measurements with the Agilent industry-leading 89600 vector signal analysis (VSA) software—all in a single instrument. In addition to the use of an open Windows(r) XP Professional operating system, the EXA also provides an advanced signal analysis user interface. All measurement features and functions are intuitively grouped and accessible from the front panel or via a USB keyboard and mouse.
