Agilent HP 8350B Sweep Oscillator Mainframe - Parts or Repair!

This HP 8350B powers on and the fan runs, but there is no display and no LED indicators are on. The display, LEDs, knobs and buttons were tested previously with no problems. A power supply problem is suspected. All controls work smoothly. The cosmetics are good overall, though the right handle is cracked on the top. Does not have the power cord.
