The 900-391 is available in five models; A, B, C, D & E. What is the difference between them?
The 900-391 machine comes standard with an auto-turret feature. This can be controlled via the software if you get package C, D or E.
900-391A: comes with video cam and software but the software will not control the turret and it does not have “Auto-Measure” feature. All measurements must be done manually by using your mouse to click on the points of the indentation.
900-391B: same as above but the software has the Auto-Measure feature. The software will automatically measure the indentation.
900-391C: comes with video cam and software. This software version will control the turret and BUT it does not have “Auto-Measure” feature.
900-391D: comes with video cam and software. This software version will control the turret and has “Auto-Measure” feature.
900-391E: comes with video cam and software. This software version will control the turret and has “Auto-Measure” feature and has Auto X-Y Axis Control.
What is the difference between manual measurement software and automatic measurement software?
Manual measurement software requires the operator to choose the measuring points on a computer screen using a mouse. The automatic measurement software is much simpler in that the measuring points are determined automatically. This results in a quicker and more consistently accurate measurement.
