GE AKTA FPLC Explorer 10 System
The GE AKTA Explorer 10 FPLC System is in excellent condition and has passed all tests for full functionality. These tests included: linking the unit to the Unicorn 5.31 operating system, testing flow rate accuracy of P-900 Pump, testing operation of pressure sensor in P-900 and P-950, leak-testing P-900 and P-920, testing UV-900 Monitor with Nal test solution, testing pH/C-900 for functional communication with pH probe and Conductivity Cell, testing functionality of the Air-925 Sensor, testing motor valves, and testing the Frac-920 for functionality through manual commands.
Configured setup for detection is UV Absorbance, pH, and Conductivity. Fraction collection is through the Frac-950.
The GE AKTA Explorer Air 100 system includes: P-900 Pump, UV-900 Monitor, pH/C-900 Monitor, P-960 Sample Pump, Air-900 Control Unit, Air-925 Sensor, 2mL Mixing Chamber M-925, Conductivity Cell, pH Probe and Holder, CU-950 Control Box, Outlet V4, Column V3, Column V2, Injection V1, Sample V5 Valves, INV-907H Valve, Frac-950 Fraction Collector with Tube Rack A (18mm and 30 mm tubes), Box-900, Dell Datastation running Windows 7 Pro with Unicorn version 5.31 software, all associated communication and power cables, and Full 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty.
