National Instruments DCM-2301 Direct Injector Control and Measurement Device
The DCM-2301 is a Single Channel Direct Injector Control and Measurement Device. The DCM-2301 is made by National Instruments. The NI DCM-2301 is launched with the part number 784571-01. Features of the DCM-2301 device include the high-resolution engine position tracking and complex triggering for injector control. The NI DCM-2301 device is fabricated to hold 1 piezoelectric or 2 solenoid direct injectors.
The National Instruments DCM-2301 Direct Injector Control and Measurement Device has a boost supply of 220 V/40 A and offers fault protection and detection. The user can control the whole fuel system with the NI DCM-2301, using the incorporated oscilloscope for recording injector current and voltage waveforms. The DCM-2301 device gives you the convenience to define voltage and current profiles at rates up to two injections per cycle for each injector. The DCM-2301 also has triggering and waveform generation features.
The NI DCM-2301 Direct Injector Control and Measurement Device has cooling inlet air vents on the right side. The outlet air vents are on the left side of the chassis. The DCM-2301 has a storage temperature from -40° C to 85° C and a relative humidity from 5% to 95% RH. The typical clock battery life of the NI DCM-2301 device is 10 years. The DCM-2301 uses the sbRIO-9651 System on module as the digital processing core. To prevent huge current surges to the capacitance of DRVP circuit, an arrangement of circuitry with low-level software is implemented in the NI DCM-2301 Direct Injector Control and Measurement Device.
