Parker 3868 NitroFlow

NitroFlow Lab is a self-contained nitrogen gas generator that produces up to 32 lpm of pure LC/MS grade nitrogen at pressures up to 8 bar. Nitrogen is produced by utilizing a combination of compressor and membrane separation technologies. High and low pressure compressors are carefully matched to the hollow fiber membranes to ensure quiet and reliable operation. Oil free compressed air is passed through the unique proprietary hollow fiber membranes which separate the air into a concentrated nitrogen stream.

This Parker nitrogen generator is in good cosmetic condition, but has signs of previous use that include stains from solvent splashing or spritzing. New Life Scientific technicians have evaluated this instrument for physical damage or any indication of dysfunction. The generator was powered on and began without errors. The factory pressure regulator required adjustments as outlined in the product brochure; the flow of the regulator was increased to achieve the specified pressure capacity of 116 psi (8 bar). The technicians noted that the instrument did not emit excessive noise during operation, but they did not use a sound meter to test the quantify the decibels.
