The 80C00 Series Optical Modules and their available options are high-performance optical modules that support high bandwidth telecom and datacom standards. These modules can be installed in the following main instruments (mainframes): DSA8200 Digital Serial Analyzer, DSA8200 and DSA8300 Digital Serial Analyzer, CSA8000, CSA8000B, and CSA8200 Communications Signal Analyzers, TDS8000, TDS8000B, and TDS8200 Digital Sampling Oscilloscopes.

The 80C02 module is optimized for testing of long-wavelength (1100 to 1650 nm) signals at 9.953 Gb/s (SONET OC-192/SDH STM-64). With its high optical bandwidth of 30 GHz (typical), it is also well-suited for general-purpose high-performance optical component testing. The 80C02 can be optionally configured with clock recovery that supports 9.953 Gb/s telecom standards.
