Terms of Used-Line Referral Service Gift Offer

To receive an Amazon Gift Card for purchasing equipment, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You or someone at your company must have found the equipment on Used-Line.com prior to having contact with the seller concerning the equipment through other means.
  2. Only ads listed under Used-Line Referral Service are covered by this offer. Ads showing dealers name and contact information are not included.
  3. You must notify Used-Line within 30 days of shipment. You should include a proof of purchase, such as a copy of an invoice from seller. Send notice by email to sales1@used-line.com. . Or click on the appropriate link in our automated follow up survey.
  4. The seller must confirm
    1. the purchase amount
    2. that the purchase was initiated through a Used-Line.
    3. that full payment was received.

  5. Only one claim per purchase. If there are multiple requests, the first request received and confirmed will be accepted and all other requests will be denied. The gift certificate will be sent, as a gift, to the first person who reports the purchase , regardless of who actually authorized or funded the purchase or initiated the inuiry. This is a gift to the person who reports the sale, and is not a rebate of the purchase price, an incentive to buy from a specific vebdor or a payment for reporting the purchase.
  6. Offer is void where prohibited. This offer may be terminated or amended at any time, however, all requests received prior to termination or amendment that are eligible will be honored if all criteria are satisfied. We are not obligated to the person claiming the gift, or company that purchased the equipment, and may refuse to send any gift certificate at our own discretion.
  7. We will send you the gift card after the seller has confirmed the information and paid the commission due Used-Line. This can take as short as 1-2 weeks or as long as 12 to 14 weeks from the submission of your claim.
